This webinar took place on the 26th February 2024

This webinar was hosted in conjunction with:

Your firm doesn’t need more data – it’s drowning in it. What you need is the right data to monitor customer outcomes and compliance with Consumer Duty.

In this free 60-minute webinar, Adrian Harvey, CEO of Elephants Don’t Forget, is joined by Kate Robinson, Principle at Avyse Partners, and Will Murphy, Consultant at Avyse Partners, to discuss the detail, appropriateness, quality and quantity of data and MI that your Consumer Duty champion, board, and the FCA will expect you to evidence monthly, quarterly and annually.

Key discussion topics include:

  • Too little or too much data? How your firm can find the balance.
  • Where the FCA are likely to probe and challenge your data and MI.
  • How to create meaningful board packs with appropriate Consumer Duty data and MI.
  • How firms are turning inward-looking MI into outward-looking MI to measure potential harm and assess the evidence of good customer outcomes.
  • Critical ‘must have’ data points to monitor/assist vulnerable customers.
